Specialty/Custom Forming

Western can make a wide variety of Specialty/Custom Forms to create nearly any building element.  Each of these is compatible with other Western Forms equipment to give you a complete integrated solution.  Some of the more commonly requested specialty forms include:

• Beam Forming: For the horizontal section of concrete usually between columns
• Bridge Dia-Fram™ Forming: For the concrete wall between precast I-beams
• Column Forming: For square, rectangular or round column applications
• Gable Forming: For the triangular section of wall under a sloped roof
• Ledger Forming: The form that connects the wall system with the ceiling system
• Other Forms: All the other "stuff"
• Parapet Forming : For the wall above the roof often for the building's front facade
• Precast Forming: For various applications for a pre-cast concrete producer
• Slab/Column/Beam Forming: Monolithically pour all three at one time
• Slab Forming: On-grade, elevated, post-tensioned, waffle and floor joists.
• Stair Forming: For cast-in-place stairs in either monolithic or secondary pours
