Flagship Elite Forming System
Introducing the most versatile forming system ever offered by Western Forms. The Flagship Elite series allows an 8•8 user to easily transition to the 6•12 hole pattern. Standard handles at the top and bottom of the panel offer safety and stability when moving, setting, or stripping forms. All Flagship Elite panels come equipped with gaskets to reduce concrete seepage and buildup.
Flagship Elite panels are ready to accept PinLock(tm) Attached Hardware to help you further increase productivity and reduce pin and wedge inventories. (For more information on PinLock Attached Hardware, see page 37.)
All panels are preseasoned at the factory with Pan-L-Cure(r) to ensure the best possible wall from the very first pour.
3-hole bushings are standard, and are found on the siderails and endrails of forms for maximum versatility and stacking opportunities. You can even attach cap forms with PinLock Attached Hardware.
Lightweight yet Durable
Flagship panels weigh 15% - 25% less than other forming systems but last for years with superior bracing and total perimeter welding. Set, strip, and move faster with lighter panels.
8•8 Transition to 6•12
Choose the Flagship Elite Forming System to easily transition your projects, equipment, and crew to the versatile 6•12 hole pattern.
Handles
How can handles help you?
Increase the labor efficiency of your crew by providing employees an easier, safer, and more accurate way to set, strip, and move form panels.

Backbone
Get a stronger form with a backbone!
All Flagship, 94, & 125 full size panels feature a full backbone to provide additional stability and reduce the possibility of pillowing and reverse bow throughout the life of the form, resulting in flatter walls with every pour.
3-Hole Bushings
What can you do with a 3-hole bushing?
• Use standard ties while still maintaining a 2:1 safety factor regardless of wall height.
• Install wall braces, waler brackets, and scaffold ackets in the unused holes.
• Use external vibrators at non-pinned, not-tied locations with-out releasing PinLock(tm) items or removing pins and wedges.
• Heavy-duty form clips can be used in different locations to clear cross members of connecting forms.
• Cross ties at pilaster at the same bushing, using different holes.
• Acquire more standard holes in sill forms, headers, caps and gables to reduce custom hole engineering and punching.
• Move your ties up and down to clear rebar, electrical, and
plumbing considerations.
